Who is responsible

Intrasocial is responsible for the data processing needed to operate Canhão de Bolso. Our support and privacy contact is available at the end of this page.

What we use and why

  • Career and gameplay: career identifier, progress, levels, game commands, lives and preferences, to save progress, synchronize attempts and prevent duplicate rewards.
  • Recovery: email address and verification records when you choose to save or recover a career. Email verification is required before a purchase.
  • Purchases: transaction identifiers, products, balance and entitlements, to credit coins, restore benefits and reconcile refunds. Apple and Google process payments; we do not receive your card number.
  • Support: email, issue details and attachments you choose to send.
  • Connection and security: IP address, technical request information and error records may be processed by our infrastructure to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

Advertising and your choices

We use Google AdMob and its UMP consent platform. Advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, app and device identifiers, technical information, ad interactions and consent records. This helps deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and respect your choices.

Where required, we show a message before requesting ads. You can accept, decline or manage the purposes offered. Open Profile → Account and privacy → Ad preferences to review the options available in your region. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all ads: limited or contextual ads may remain where permitted. Declining consent does not block the game.

This version does not request iOS ATT tracking permission. We do not request contacts, camera or precise location. Advertising data may be shared with Google and the partners listed in the form; this may qualify as sharing for advertising under local law. In applicable US regions, you can use the form’s choices to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising.

Diagnostics are optional

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect usage events, technical information and crash reports only when you enable Diagnostics in Account and privacy. This setting starts off and can be switched off at any time. We do not include your email address in gameplay event parameters.

Service providers

  • Google AdMob/UMP: advertising and privacy choices.
  • Google Firebase: analytics and crash reports, when authorized.
  • RevenueCat: purchase validation, coins and entitlements.
  • Resend: email verification codes.
  • Hosting, Cloudflare and Amazon S3: the API, connection protection and backups.
  • Apple and Google Play: distribution, payments and refunds under their own policies.

Providers may process data outside your country. We use applicable technical and contractual safeguards for this processing. Their privacy policies are linked below.

Reasons for processing

Depending on applicable law, we process data to perform the service you request; based on consent for optional processing and advertising that requires it; based on legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention, respecting your rights; and to comply with legal obligations where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.

How long we keep data

Career data remains while your account exists. Deletion removes the career from the active database and requests removal of the RevenueCat customer after pending operations are reconciled. Minimal technical deletion records may remain for auditing and obligations; they do not keep your career playable.

Backups follow a retention cycle of up to 14 days under normal operation. Deletion requests must also be respected following a restore. Store receipts and records subject to legal requirements follow applicable periods and their controllers’ policies. Provider data, such as authorized diagnostics, follows the relevant service settings and policies; you can contact us for help exercising your rights.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable, sharing information and review of consent choices. Depending on your region, you may also object to or restrict processing, appeal a decision about your request and complain to the relevant data protection authority, including ANPD in Brazil.

Use the contact below. We may request proportionate information to verify ownership of a career. Do not send passwords, access codes or full card numbers. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Age and policy changes

The game is intended for ages 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a guardian and believe a child supplied data without required authorization, contact us. Teenagers should follow guardian authorization requirements applicable in their region.

Policy updates will appear here with a revised date. Changes requiring a new consent choice will be presented in the app.
